Motivation

Chris Luciano has lived in Northern Baltimore County for almost 40 years and is intimately familiar with how Maryland's laws affect the everyday lives of its citizens. Immigration, taxes and veterans issues have all impacted Chris personally and professionally. Through the years, he has witnessed how elected leaders who stay in positions for unlimited numbers of terms create a disconnect between themselves and the people they serve. Therefore, understanding the issues in Baltimore County, Chris felt called to serve in the House of Delegates.

The Founding Fathers believed representatives should be of the people, not above the people. As a long term resident of Northern Baltimore County, Chris is indeed one of the people. As your Maryland Delegate, Chris will have the courage to confidently speak up for his neighbors and make the tough decisions that will benefit your community, keep it safe, and return Maryland to a competitive business environment, making it a thriving place to live.
